SharakuWorld
Devoted to Sharaku, a mysterious ukiyoe painter who appeared, and disappeared,
in 1794 - leaving a great many mysteries and one hundred-forty plus
superb works behind.

Yoshitoshi Ukiyo-E Web Gallery
Covering Yoshitoshi Tsukioka (1839-1892), his teacher Kuniyoshi Utagawa (1798-1861) (with
some sumo thrown in for good measure) this site is quite large and utterly
enjoyable. Standard complaint about lack of historical contexts does apply, however.
